How do I return an item?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchases cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase(s) from Madison Gems. We double check all items for defects prior to shipping. *If you receive an item(s) that is defective or different from your original order, Madison Gems will exchange the item(s) for the original item(s) ordered or an item(s) of equal or similar value. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange. Exchanges made after seven (7) days of receipt, will NOT be accepted.
- Please email us at email@example.com for an exchange authorization number and shipping label prior to mailing the package.
- Please include the exchange authorization number along with nature of the defect in your exchange package.
- Exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service only. Exchange packages will be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise, and will include tracking or delivery confirmation. Madison Gems is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
